 Wood Working is a lumber company that we fabricated and installed a dust collection system.
Manufactured was a cyclone collector that included an inlet transition, support stand, weather cap with all welded construction. A fan transition with galvanized pipe and ells was ran to the collector. Flex connection to the vibrating convey offset the transition with tap to fines chipper thru a fan inlet to discharge up thru the roof. The duct was then under the conveyor and pick up the fines chipper.
This was installed with our customer only having one day of down time for the finished product connected.
